Cask Conditioned Ales

Properly cellared, conditioned, and then served at cellar temperature (52°). Hand pulled from our four English beer engines.

 Brown Trout Brown Ale
Slightly full bodied rich brown ale. Caramel and dark-roasted maltiness makes this satisfying brown ale a year round favorite.
O.G. 15 P, 35 IBU’S, 5.8% ABV
 Great Waters House Ale
This is a medium to light bodied, copper colored ale. The pleasant hoppyness comes from East Kent Golding hops. The clean aroma helps balance the biscuit and caramel malts used in this English country ale.
O.G. 12P, 35 IBU'S, 5.0% ABV
 The Black Watch Oat Stout
Full bodied stout brewed with shelled malted oats and roasted barley. Coffee, chocolate, caramel and nutty flavors abound. Enjoy whilst guarding the royal jewels.
O.G. 15P, 45 IBU'S, 5.8% ABV
 Timma
Dark golden in color, this IPA is a blend of fine English malts and 3 types of American hops. This New England IPA is named for an old friend of Brewer Bob's. Cask version is lemon-grassed and limited.
O.G. 16P, 93 IBU'S, 6.2% ABV
 The New Centurian
A reprisal of our dark, cask session beer. This ale was created using a recipe that dates back over 100 years. Brewed using exclusively U.K. barley and hops.
O.G. 11.0P, 18 IBU'S, 4.7% ABV

We are also having some fun with our seasonal brews and with some of our regular offerings. We will be dry hopping, oak aging, tea bagging, and uff-duffing different beers, then tapping when ready. Each is casked in only two or three firkins, so 5-7 days is the average run. Yes, our cask beer is very popular with our friends, always fresh, CAMRA compliant, and seriously looked after in our 52 degree cellar.

Pushed Beer

Pushed with CO2, served at 38°F from our properly maintained draft tower.

 Golden Prairie Blond Ale
Refreshing light bodied golden ale, using noble hop varieties. Clean delicate aroma makes this one of our most popular beers.
O.G. 11 P, 18 IBU’S, 4.8% ABV
 Brown Trout Brown Ale
