Cask Conditioned Ales

Properly cellared, conditioned, and then served at cellar temperature (52°). Hand pulled from our four English beer engines.

Mr. Smooth Dark Mild
Made in the style of century old dark mild’s, with wheat, oats, and barley. Gently hopped with East Kent Goldings. Sturdy blue collar session beer for refreshment after a hard day in the mill.
O.G. 10.2P, 25 IBU'S, 5% ABV
Tartar Control IPA
Brewed with lots of Vienna malt and English barley. Plenty of hops to balance the maltiness.
O.G. 17.2P, 90 IBU'S, 6.8% ABV
The Black Watch Oat Stout
The stout will be cask conditioned until the fall season arrives again. Full bodied stout brewed with malted oats and roasted barley. Coffee, chocolate, caramel and nutty flavors abound.
O.G. 15P, 45 IBU'S, 5.8% ABV
Great Waters House Ale
This is a medium to light bodied, copper colored ale. The pleasant hoppyness comes from East Kent Golding hops. The clean aroma helps balance the biscuit and caramel malts used in this English country ale.
O.G. 12P, 35 IBU'S, 5.0% ABV

Pushed Beer

Pushed with CO2, served at 38°F from our properly maintained draft tower

Skip and Go Naked
Springtime wheat ale brewed with lemon grass, Golden Naked oats, and barley. Lemon grass has a spicy-lemon flavor and aroma.
O.G. 14.6P, 20 IBU'S, 6% ABV
Kaizerweizer Hefeweizen
Our much requested patio staple. Unfiltered wheat made with German wheat and pilsner malt. Not automatically served with lemon. This preserves the subtle clove and banana aromas.
O.G. 12.4P, 22 IBU'S, 5.5% ABV
Rye P. A.
Burnt out on hop crisis discussions? Refresh your tounge with this American-style IPA.  Distinctly hoppy and bitter; bright copper-orange in color. Bursting with American hop character generally described as citrusy, piney, fruity and/or resiny.  The malt character takes a backseat to the hops, although the addition of rye malt lends a subtle dry spiciness.  The lingering hop rate can only be cured by another taste.
O.G. 14.5P, 75 IBU'S, 6.5% ABV
“Cywren”
A Belgian farmhouse style ale.  Mediterranean spice and a pleasant pungent aroma present in this saison ale. We used dandelion honey, coriander, and sweet orange peel for a unique flavor and aroma. Very complex, dry and refreshing.
O.G. 16P, 22 IBU'S, 6.8% ABV
Saint Peter Pale Ale
Medium bodied amber ale, with a pleasant balance of malt and hop varieties. Our pale ale has been a favorite choice since 1997
O.G. 14P, 50 IBU'S, 5.5% ABV
Brown Trout Brown Ale
Slightly full bodied rich brown ale. Caramel chocolate maltiness in this satisfying dark ale is a year round favorite.
O.G. 15 P, 35 IBU’S, 5.8% ABV
Golden Prairie Blond Ale
Refreshing light bodied golden ale, using noble hop varieties. Clean delicate aroma makes this one of our most popular beers.
O.G. 11 P, 18 IBU’S, 4.8% ABV
