Twin Cities Originals at the International Market Square

The event will be from 6:00-9:00PM and will also feature Bartender

Wassail Night ~ Thursday, March 4th 4:00-7:00PM
Join us this Thursday night for a cup or two of our wonderful
Wassail. What is Wassail, you ask. Well, it's a delicious
blend of Brown ale, hard cider, baked apples, and spices served
hot. To fit the rich history and spirit of this drink, we'll be
serving it at our patio ice bar where you can either enjoy it by
our roaring fire or take it back inside to stay warm. Mugs of
Wassail will be $4.00 and a variety of shots will be offered
at the ice bar, as well.
Wassail not your thing? We will be running specials on certain
cask beers throughout this time frame, as well.

Back By Popular Demand ~ The 5 Hole Lounge
The 5 Hole Lounge is on the lower lever of the Hamm Building
(just down the hall and down one floor from Great Waters) and we be
open to the public on March 11th & 12th at 3:30PM, March 19th
& 20th at 4:00PM. The lounge will be open between sessions on
all of these days.
THE MENU:
Buffalo Chicken Sandwich
Pollo caracas
Large Chicken Caesar Salad
Linguini with marinara sauce
Hot Italian Beef Sandwich
Carnitas Tacos
meatball hoagie
bratwurst

chips & Salsa
Brownie
Additionally, we will be serving Great Waters' Beer and a full
bar. And yes, TV's will be around to keep an eye on the basketball
tournament as well. So, if you can't get a reservation at
Great Waters, just head on down to the 5 Hole Lounge and get
quenched, fed, and back to all the action at the X.
Remember, this year, don't get shut out; go to the 5
hole!
Due to a scheduling conflict, the 5-Hole Lounge will not be
open on March 26th & 27th. We appologize for any
inconvenience.

Great Waters Beer Dinner ~ Mon, Aug 17th 7:00pm
Due to the wonderful feedback and great fun of our first beer
dinner back in June, we've planned another. We've got a new 5
course menu ready to match with some late summer seasonals as
well as some of our traditional favorites.
Tickets are $55 per person. MBA members $45. We will be limited
to 50 tickets once again, so don't procrastinate.
Course 1:
Arepas chicken tinga drizzled with cilantro aioli
paired with the golden prairie blonde
Course 2:
Chile-lime fruit & vegetable salad
paired with the triumphant return of the tighty whitey wit
Course 3:
pork tenderloin with fried polenta and chorizo & corn
salsa
paired with the brown trout brown ale
Course 4:
pistachio encrusted walleye with corn fritters and a yellow
pepper & orange sauce
paired with the kaizerweizer hefeweizen
Course 5:
chocolate mosaic
Paired with the blackwatch oat stout
Beer pairings are subject to availability and may change.

GWBC Golf Tourney ~ Monday, Sept 14th
Just a reminder that on Sept 14th we'll be taking to the links
once again to raise money for Big Brothers /Big Sisters of the
greater twin cities.
For only $100, you get lunch, 18 holes at mississippi dunes,
dinner, door prize, and the opportunity to bid on some wonderful
auction items.
