In honor of our 15th Anniversary, we are hosting a special beer
dinner. Due to a conflict with our previous date, we have
re-scheduled for Tues, May 1st at 7pm. Brewmaster CHAD and
Chef Ernesto have created and paired a menu to feature our
specialty, cask ale. Since 1997, we've featured an average of 3-5
cask ales at all times. Long before it was popular, back when
people thought firkin was a dirty word. Now, keeping up with
demand is our biggest problem for cask ales. A far cry from
1997.

1. Smoked Tomato Capsicum with GW House Ale
2. Carnitas Lettuce Wrap with Blackwatch Oat Stout
3. Almond Encrusted Walleye & Tomato Scallop Sauce with
Dry-Hopped St. Peter Pale Ale
4. Pork Tenderloin, Polenta & Mild Chipotle Sauce with New
Centurian Mild Ale
5. Fruit Pizza & Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookie with Cask
Brown Trout Brown Ale
